Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you request a catering quote — through this page, through a form on Facebook or Instagram, or by email or text.

These catering services are operated by Kingdom Dew Inc., an independently owned and operated Wushiland Boba franchisee, running the Fullerton and Eastvale locations.

What we collect

Only what we need in order to quote and deliver your order:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your company, school or organization, if you give one
• Details of the order — headcount, date, drinks, delivery address, and any notes you add

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through these forms. Payment is arranged separately once an order is confirmed.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a price for your order
• To contact you about that request, by phone, text or email
• To prepare and deliver the order if you go ahead
• To keep a record of past orders so a repeat order is easier

We may follow up once or twice if we do not hear back. Tell us to stop and we will, and that is the end of it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

A limited amount is shared only where it is needed to run the service:

• Delivery drivers — the delivery address, contact name and phone number, so the order arrives
• The tools we use to run the business — our form host, email provider and order records
• When the law requires it — if we are legally obliged to produce records

Forms on Facebook and Instagram

If you send us a request through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, the form is hosted by Meta and Meta handles your information under its own policies before passing it to us. Once it reaches us, this policy applies. Meta's policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

This page

The quote builder runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us until you press the send button. The page is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into orders are kept for up to 18 months, in case you come back to us. Records of completed orders are kept as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. After that they are deleted.

Your choices

At any time you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Email kingdomdew.sc@gmail.com and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking, and it costs nothing.

California residents have these rights under state law, including the right not to have personal information sold — which we do not do.

Children

These catering forms are meant for adults arranging orders for a workplace, school or group. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
